Our client, an award winning global agency, is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their growing Digital Marketing team here in London supporting across a client base that spans the USA, the Middle East and APAC.
As a multi award-winning full service communications agency our client supports some of the UKs most high profile clients across a multitude of industries including Financial Services, Technology and Venture Capital, Professional Services, Sustainability, and Energy, Renewables and Industrial.
Our client has tripled in size and revenue over the last 5 years and is looking to double again over the next 2 or 3 years, so this is an incredibly exciting time to join. The business is widely recognised both for the quality of its work and contribution to the industry, but also as an employer, winning multiple culture and employer accolades.
Role
- Developing innovative, results-focused digital marketing strategies tailored to both new and established clients
- Guiding teams in the seamless execution of strategies across retainers or one-off projects
- Owning responsibility for campaign outcomes, including performance evaluation, reporting, and optimization
- Serving as the bridge between client and agency, ensuring that client expectations are met in a sustainable and business-focused manner
- Spearheading or contributing to new business responses, providing strategic input where needed
- Building and sustaining strong client partnerships with global brands, ensuring open communication and client retention
- Recognizing and leveraging upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to fuel agency growth
- Collaborating with delivery teams to build and roll out tailored digital marketing initiatives that align with client objectives
- Leading the execution of key projects such as content marketing, digital strategies, and website development
- Evaluating and reporting on campaign results, delivering insights to refine and improve client performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, ideally within a digital marketing agency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, emphasising data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once, working efficiently under tight deadlines
- High-level client servicing and management, including leading presentations and chairing client meetings
- Experience handling below-the-line and integrated campaigns across various digital channels, such as SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media, and Content
- Managing projects with a consultative approach, offering strategic insights and recommendations
- Expertise in digital channels, including SEO, online advertising, social media, and content marketing
- Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Proactive problem-solving for both client needs and internal processes
