Our client is a well-established, award-winning agency with an expanding global footprint. Headquartered in London, with a strong presence in North America, the agency has also supported impressive growth across the Middle East, mainland Europe, and Asia Pacific. Following several new client wins in Asia, they are now looking to make a key hire at the Account Manager level for their Singapore office.
The role will suit an entrepreneurial and ambitious communications professional looking to make their mark in Singapore and the broader region. While the agency operates across various industries, their established client base in the region predominantly focuses on Financial Services and Fintech. The agency fosters a collegial atmosphere, encouraging professional respect and teamwork.
Role
- Collaborate with senior account leads to plan and execute integrated communications programs within budgetary constraints
- Lead day-to-day client team activities, providing mentorship to junior team members to support their skill development
- Act as a primary client contact, building trust, and independently managing client meetings and communications as needed
- Generate and contribute creative ideas to campaign strategies, proactively presenting to clients when appropriate
- Maintain a deep understanding of client industries, staying informed on relevant market trends to enhance client strategies
- Offer strategic counsel tailored to client needs, presenting measurable campaign impact against business objectives
- Identify promotional opportunities across channels and maintain a network of media contacts to enhance client visibility
- Support new business initiatives, contributing to pitches, proposals, and identifying up-selling opportunities
- Promote organizational values by embodying company culture, supporting digital brand promotion, and contributing to team-wide activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or communications within financial services, professional services, technology, and/or B2B sectors
- Strong interest in financial services, professional services, technology, and/or B2B communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and attention to detail
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
- Creative mindset with a talent for developing engaging ideas that resonate across media.
- Competent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively and professionally with clients
- Strong leadership and management abilities to inspire and develop junior team members
- Demonstrated ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data for strategic insights and manage projects within budgets and timelines
