Our client, an integrated Communications agency that works with market-leading Tech Scale-ups, VCs and drivers of innovation across the US and Europe, is looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team.

The agency is one of the most reputable in the space in both the US and UK markets and is looking for an experienced account handler to manage clients across Gaming, Cleantech, Electric Vehicles and more. The role will span the gamut of B2B, Corporate, Crisis and Strategic Comms.



  • You will be the day to day client contact and account manager, as well as being responsible for managing junior colleagues.
  • Comprehend clients' business objectives and the role of PR in attaining them and articulate and execute the strategy across the wider team.
  • Oversee ongoing activities, lead client reporting and communication, empower junior colleagues for success and development, and forsee potential issues at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Build a trusted relationship with key client contacts. Uphold clear, consistent, and proactive communication with clients, and deliver counsel and advice on strategy and tactics in partnership with the senior team.
  • Take charge of leading, planning, and managing media relations activities, proactively identify and secure optimal opportunities for clients, mentor junior team members in media outreach, and consistently seek out new media contacts to build relationships.
  • Engage in pitches by developing pitch materials and participating in pitch meetings, concurrently acting as an advocate for Outcast in the wider industry.


  • Prior B2B Technology PR & Comms experience, whether agency or in-house
  • Creative and ambitious, you have a proven track record of delivering against client briefs and across multi channel campaigns
  • You are a team player able to effectively manage up and down, mentoring and reverse mentoring. Prior line management experience would be a bonus
  • Confident and professional communicator with a commercial mindset, happy to take on a leading role in networking and pitching
  • Demonstrable experience of working and thriving under pressure, remaining calm and considered in client settings
  • Driven by a proactive curiosity in the Technology industry and its evolution
  • Your track record demonstrates hands-on execution skills alongside effective planning abilities.
  • With logical thinking, you excel at organising information and crafting simple yet brilliant plans and strategies.
  • Writing and editing come naturally to you.
  • You boast a robust knowledge of content and media, ideally with a passion for discussing exemplary practices and staying informed
