Senior Techical Writer

We are working with an innovative and fast-growing content advisory that is looking for an exceptional full-time Senior Writer to work across its diverse client base. The business is on a strong growth curve and counts some of both the US and Europe’s most reputable Technology and Venture Capital businesses amongst its clients.
The ideal candidate goes beyond traditional business writing and marketing and understands that compelling content should be something people want to read, not just consume out of necessity. You will be a sharp thinker and storyteller, capable of transforming complex or technical subjects into engaging, high-quality content that resonates.
The ideal candidate will come from a journalistic background or be an expert technical writer with experience in venture capital, private equity, SaaS, fintech, or AI with a strategic approach to content creation.
Role
- Writing high-quality, engaging content for multiple clients across a range of industries
- Editing and refining content to ensure clarity, impact, and strategic alignment
- Coaching and mentoring junior writers, helping to develop their skills
- Overseeing and reviewing content pieces while remaining deeply involved in day-to-day writing
- Conducting research and interviews with senior stakeholders to extract key insights
- Developing a strong understanding of client industries and staying updated on relevant trends
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work under deadlines
- Collaborating with internal teams and freelancers to ensure seamless execution of content strategies
Requirements
- A talented writer and editor with extensive experience in writing about technical or complex topics such as AI, SaaS, fintech, or venture capital
- Strong interviewing and research skills, with the ability to turn conversations and data into compelling narratives
- A strategic thinker who understands the evolving landscape of content, media, and storytelling
- A passion for great content, with an eye for what makes stories engaging and impactful
- A team player who enjoys collaboration but can also work independently and take initiative
- The ability to guide and mentor others while remaining deeply focused on hands-on writing and editing
