Our client, a top tier multidisciplinary strategic communications consultancy focused on protecting individuals' privacy, reputation, and security, is currently looking to build out their specialist SEO advisory capabilities.
This position is part of the newly formed Digital Resilience team, working with a broad client base to identify, monitor, and manage risks to reputation, privacy, and security. The SEO Analyst will collaborate closely with the team head to manage website content across various platforms, track SEO metrics, and provide technical SEO analysis to help protect and enhance clients’ reputations. As a new role, there are significant opportunities for rapid development and progression within this growing area of the firm.
Role
- Creatively visualising and presenting data to inform analysis for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues that affect website crawlability, indexing, and ranking.
- Producing high-quality reports and presentations.
- Implementing digital resilience strategies for clients.
- Assisting the Head of Search in executing SEO strategies.
- Conducting technical SEO audits to identify issues and opportunities.
- Monitoring and analysing website performance using SEO tools.
- Generating reports to track SEO performance and key metrics.
- Providing website optimization recommendations based on keyword research and analysis.
- Contributing to the development of SEO strategies.
Requirements
- Prior experience in technical SEO, either within an agency or in-house, is essential.
- A creative approach with a desire to produce polished, high-quality outputs for clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with website analytic tools (such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Data Studio) and the ability to create clear, communicative reports and dashboards.
- Experience with website development technologies like HTML and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm for collaborating with colleagues across the firm.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
