We are currently working with an exciting leading global advisory and advocacy firm that specialises in helping corporations, foundations, and governments navigate complex challenges and create lasting impact. Our client is an independently owned business with over 1,200 employees across more than 30 offices worldwide. They offer services in public affairs, crisis management, corporate communication, and more, serving sectors such as health, energy, technology, and consumer products. The firm is renowned for its ability to champion clients' interests, build reputations, and strengthen stakeholder relationships, all while fostering diverse perspectives and innovative solutions.

Role

  • Strategic Planning: Co-develop and implement tailored communication strategies that align with client objectives
  • Audience Insights: Conduct research to identify key audiences, assess communication needs, and refine messaging for maximum engagement
  • Messaging & Branding: Craft compelling messaging frameworks that clearly define client value propositions and resonate with stakeholders
  • Integrated Campaigns: Develop and execute multi-channel communication campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media
  • Stakeholder Relations: Create targeted engagement plans to foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Performance Measurement: Define key success metrics and reporting structures to evaluate and enhance communication effectiveness
  • Client Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless communication and timely delivery of key initiatives
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, PR, content, and digital teams to produce unified communication strategies
  • Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and innovations to keep communication approaches fresh and effective

Requirements

  • Proven experience in communications strategy and consulting, ideally within an agency or consultancy
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies
  • Experience engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data for strategic decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-driven approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving landscape
