Our client, one of the top 30 agencies in the UK, is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join their dynamic and growing team.
As a multi award-winning independent agency our client supports some of the UKs biggest and most-loved brands across a multitude of industries including Retail and Leisure, Financial Services, Technology, Travel, Energy, and Property. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a background in executing integrated PR initiatives and demonstrates versatility across diverse sectors. Candidates with prior experience in retail, energy, travel or personal finance fields are preferable. The desired candidates will have experience in fostering client partnerships, along with established networks within national media channels related to the listed sectors. Additionally, familiarity with influencer engagement and staying up-to-date with social media developments is advantageous.
Role
- Overseeing the implementation of client programs and integrated campaigns
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis and fostering robust client rapport
- Collaborating with internal teams, including social media and studio, to ensure timely delivery of client projects and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Planning, creating, and assessing editorial content for media platforms
- Innovating and identifying advantageous prospects for clients
- Cultivating an in-depth understanding of client industries and businesses
- Playing an active role in crafting innovative proposals and participating in new business pitches
Requirements
- Authentic enthusiasm for consumer-focused communications
- Ability to recognise and produce creative content
- Exceptional verbal and written proficiency, with a knack for quick problem-solving
- Strong organisational skills, adept at planning and managing client relationships
- Capacity to effectively prioritise tasks and provide guidance to junior team members
- Aptitude for critical and creative thinking, coupled with sound decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work with flexibility and enthusiasm
- Prior experience in social media campaign execution is advantageous
