Our client is a global strategic communications firm that specialises in reputation management. They advise across financial, corporate and political issues and are looking for an ambitious Digital Consultant to join their growing team. Although this role will be based in London, due to the firm's size and international footprint there is scope to work internationally and support on multinational projects for some of the world’s most prominent corporate brands.

Role

  • This position will assist Consultants, Directors, and Partners specialising in corporate and financial communications in fulfilling various client projects, spanning national and global scopes across diverse industries
  • In this position, you'll craft and execute integrated communications strategies aimed at bolstering and safeguarding the reputations of esteemed corporate brands across various sectors, spanning from FMCG to energy
  • You'll spearhead efforts to advance the firms digital capabilities and enhance proficiency in intelligence tools and updates
  • You'll assume a central role within our organisation, focused on nurturing, expanding, and fortifying client partnerships within a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting
  • Content Strategist: Spearhead digitally driven campaigns, managing content calendars, social media channels, and analysing outcomes. Proficient in shaping content marketing strategies and executing creative content plans
  • Data-Driven Digital Specialist: Expert in SEO, guiding content creation and website authority building. Skilled in online audience and topic analysis through tools like Pulsar, Quid, and Audiense
  • Creative Writer: Produce compelling articles, blog posts, and strategic communication materials for clients. Offer advice on diverse writing styles and craft communication plans, press releases, and presentations
  • Social Media Savvy: Proficient in social media and online advertising, including sponsored posts, Google PPC, and native advertising. Adapt at targeting audiences and supporting content-driven campaigns
  • Innovative Thinker: Stay abreast of digital trends and tools. Utilise generative AI in communications and address industry challenges effectively
  • Industry Engager: Support event planning and management, fostering networks with stakeholders and online influencers. Organise interviews, media roundtables, and press conferences to bolster client relationships
  • Client-Centric: Cultivate and sustain strong client rapport, delivering work that surpasses expectations under high-pressure scenarios. Develop comprehensive understanding of each client's objectives to formulate precise digital and PR strategies

Requirements

  • Brings extensive experience in leading communication campaigns, whether in agency or corporate environments
  • Must showcase strong intellectual acumen, exceptional insights, and adept problem-solving skills. Proficiency in industry tools like Pulsar, Factiva, Quid, and Moz is a must
  • Exceptional organisational abilities, efficient time management, and the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills in English are imperative, proficiency in additional languages is considered a valuable asset
