Our client, a Microsoft Ventures backed B2B SaaS start-up, is looking to hire a Marketing & Communications Manager to work closely with the Co-Founders and head up the businesses Marketing function as they look to continue growth and raise their next round of capital.

The role will have a focus across communications, content, social media, product marketing and founder profiling/ thought leadership.

This is a small business that will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to be one of the first 20 founding employees ahead of the business raising its next round of funding and hiring a wider marketing team under this hire. As part of that the business is keen to offer meaningful amounts of equity.

Role

They are looking for an experienced marketing manager who can run the marketing function. They are looking for someone who can deliver on strategy, can write copy, has exceptional proof-reading skills and will post across social media platforms such as LinkedIn and blog posts. The founders produce a lot of content, and they need someone who can take this content, support the tone of voice and turn it into a great piece. You’ll be working from an extraordinary deep base (new website (due October), branding guidelines, Marketing messaging and research and have the support of these external companies to deliver on this.
