Senior Communications Manager

Our client, an innovative and entrepreneurial certified B Corp, currently managing almost £15bn in assets, are on the hunt for a brilliantly talented Senior Communications Manager to join their tight-knit team to enhance and protect two brands within the group on a FTC 12 month basis. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain broad exposure to the variety our client's business has to offer across a number of verticals, in which they are market leaders, and market shapers. This role will have particular focus on their venture capital and real estate divisions.

Role

  • You will be responsible for delivering the communications strategy, supporting their ambitious growth plan for the coming years.
  • You will be involved across multichannel campaigns including paid, earned, shared, and owned channels as well as impactful content ideation and creation, thought leadership, media relations and reputation management. 
  • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day press office and delivering exceptional press office services to journalists, influencers as well as our internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate value to stakeholders and qualify how communications drives business outcomes
  • Work as part of a broader team to deliver an integrated marketing and communications programme for your stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience delivering creative and impactful communications campaigns in either an agency or in-house environment, with specific exposure to Financial Services and/or Real Estate 
  • A broad understanding of channel strategy across paid, earned, shared and owned
  • Demonstrable experience in creative content ideation and creation, with an target audience impact at its heart 
  • Strong media network and experience across both proactive and reactive
