Our client is a full-service integrated marcomms agency working at the intersection of finance, technology and the climate transition. We are currently supporting their search for an Account Manager within their Social & Digital Marketing team to manage the launch of one of their clients into the DACH region among other exciting projects.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in stakeholder management, effectively coordinating with clients, compliance, internal teams, and creatives.

Role

  • Content Calendar Management: Skilled in managing ongoing social media content, coordinating with clients and freelancers to ensure smooth daily posting and community engagement. Focused on optimising strategies for better content performance and providing monthly analytics reports.
  • Project Management: Experienced in handling both paid and organic content pipelines, with a framework in place for seamless post scheduling and calendar management.
  • Creative Content: Possesses a keen eye for design and excels at crafting creative copy that distinguishes clients in competitive markets. Collaborates with designers to produce and manage high-quality, engaging content across various platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engages with online communities, promptly responding to comments and inquiries. Enhances engagement by interacting with industry leaders and company profiles, ensuring compliance at all stages.
  • Industry and Social Media Expertise: Keeps up with the latest trends across social media platforms, adapting strategies to stay competitive Monitors the trading industry and competitors to refine audience targeting.
  • Paid Campaign Management: Develops and executes targeted paid campaigns on social media to boost brand awareness and engagement. Confident in analysing performance, optimising campaigns, and justifying budget increases.
  • Client Communication: Ensures clients are consistently updated on project progress through clear and effective communication.
  • Client-Facing Material Preparation: Manages and creates various client-facing documents, such as briefing notes, reports, and content.
  • New Business Development: Actively contributes to new business proposals and pitch presentations.
  • Financial Management: Collaborates with account and finance teams to manage projects within the agreed brief, budget, and supplier costs.
  • Timeline and Workflow Management: Independently oversees timelines and workflows to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of both external and internal projects.

Requirements

  • Background in financial services, fintech, or B2B professional services
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual
  • Proven experience in managing and delegating tasks across multiple projects
  • Collaborative team member who brings enthusiasm, motivation, and initiative to the table
  • Highly creative with an innovative mindset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Slack, with openness to exploring alternative project management tools
